At Newlands Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your garden or home items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
